Managing Partner @ Snatch
Jillian Miranda's dynamic path in digital health and FemTech has been shaped by personal experience + professional dedication.
Her journey is rooted in a profound understanding of the health system's shortcomings, particularly for women, gained through her own experiences navigating chronic illness.
This journey inspired a career focused on health equity and technological innovation in healthcare.
Prior to Snatch, Jill honed her skills in the technology sector as an executive recruiter, building two executive recruitment firms that gifted her unique insights into assembling high-performing teams.
She then, as employee #2 and operations lead, guided the founding team + startup staff of a tech company from $0-$1MM in a single year before co-founding her own digital health startup, an experience that deepened her understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field.
Jill's work spans startup operations, including strategic planning, fundraising, and product development. She's particularly skilled in crafting go-to-market strategies and building teams that bring healthcare solutions to life.
Jill's career is defined by a steadfast commitment to health equity and a knack for understanding how to best leverage technology to transform care.
Her expertise spans the spectrum of startup operations, from strategic planning and execution to fundraising and investor relations. She excels in developing go-to-market strategies and building high-performing teams.
As a health equity activist, Jill brings a unique perspective to her work. She resolutely believes in the power of female founders to reshape the world, given the right support and resources.
This conviction drives her consulting practice, where she empowers early-stage companies to overcome barriers and reach their full potential.

“As female entrepreneurs, we’re taught not to talk about our failures. But our failures are the way we learn, and we need to talk about them, proudly, and more often.”
